It wouldn't rock your world, but its a must visit attraction in HCMC. Write and send a postcard to friends and family back home while you are there.

There is only one reason one would ever come here.. Simply because who designed it.
The church at the time was under construction so we lingered here then went to McDonalds for a shake.. Yes there is McDonalds here..

Located in the downtown Ho Chi Minh City, near Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica, the city's cathedral. The building was constructed when Vietnam was part of French Indochina in the late 19th century. It counts with Gothic, Renaissance and French influences. It was constructed between 1886-1891.

This is worth a very quick visit. There are two very interesting maps on the walls inside and a huge painting of Ho Chi Minh which was installed when the city was renamed.

It is a beautiful building. This is worth maximum 15 minutes of your time.

It's worth a look round here, wonderful architecture and a useful place to buy postcards, write them and send them.
