The biggest issue with my stay here is the housekeeping. 1st the toilet paper provided was damp. I threw the row away in the trash and housekeeping put it back for reuse. 2nd, they did not screw tight the shampoo bottle which resulted in it dropping then breaking. I was charge 300,000 VND ($13 USD). Will not stay there again.

I booked this hotel without knowing much about the location, but it turned out that this hotel was smack bang next to the best street food market in the area and the shopping precinct. The hotel staff are very nice and are very accommodative to your requests. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet has a good variety and was sufficient to get a snack before heading out on a long day of walking and exploring.

Could not fault the staff at this hotel, although the rooms have been updated , the furniture in the rooms could do with an update, nice bathroom and a really good shower, tv reception not great , breakfast limited for western people, overall a good stay.
As a first time solo traveller anywhere, the staff here certainly made me feel welcome and at home. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the “Luxury Suite” was superb . As a loner nerd I looked to the locals like a prime target. The staff went out of there way to advise me and were genuinely considerate as to my welfare. Reception staff are exceptional and the 1st Floor massage centre is an absolute retreat of tranquility, a lot more so than the “massage” parlours that cover the district. Really impressed and would recommend this place to anyone a little concerned about safety and security. Will be returning in the future. Perfect for firs timers like myself.
