Extremely good value for money. I wish I would have known that you could purchase this as an add on to the Sky view ticket, however never the less, the ticket worked out to be about £7/8 GBP per person which was really good value. I came here on my birthday evening, and we came to the 5:30pm tour. The host was friendly, and informative walking around, and we had free time in each room as well, including pouring your own beer and becoming a DJ. The food which was meant to be included was out of stock, and the virtual headset due to COVID was out of action, so we were given an extra beer token and 2 cans to take away with us, as well as a named beer bottle which was a nice touch. The views over the city in the evening are really nice for sunset. Recommended.
Aside from the tour feeling a little rushed in parts, like they need to move a group on as there's a group behind them, this was very food value for money. Educational, fun, engaging, great views. Could have done with more heineken merchandise too.
My friend loves Heineken so we decided to combine this tour with trip up Bitexsco tower.
It was okay, but a little too rushed.
The tour guide was very sweet and enthusiastic, and told us the history of this Dutch lager.
Unfortunately the 4D video experience usually included was closed due to the current Coronavirus.
We sampled the lager, poured our own, and had fabulous views of the Saigon river.
At the end you received a personalised commemorative bottle of Heineken.

We started with a fun tour of the history of Heineken, then we learned how to pour the perfect glass. This was followed by some pub games and then we had more beer and a bottle with our name on it to take home. This was combined with the view from the 60th floor.

This tour is cheap so can’t complain, but it is rubbish. The tour guides do the best they can to be enthusiastic but that’s about all they can do. You don’t actually see the “highest brewery” in the world, just poor videos and poor explanations on Heineken’s history. There’s a little games room which is ok. You then get ushered to pull your own pints and quickly drink them and then you go to the bar for your 2 beers.
To summarise the tour itself is rubbish, but it’s excellent value as you only pay 50000 Vietnamese dong more than the entrance to the tower and for that you get entry to the sky deck viewing platform and the Heineken tour which includes the beers.
