As someone who has worked with vulnerable youth, I found this place delightful. Our food was really good, and the servers so very earnest! The kids are quite shy, and really appreciated positive feedback. The manager told me later that he had learned English in Vancouver. I was grateful this place was mentioned in a major guidebook, or we never would have known about it. As soon as it opened for the evening, the place filled up, mainly with couples, but this would be a great place to go with children.
