Food was good. The price is not for everyone I think but food quality is good. Tea was nice as well. The staff was friendly.

The food here is delicious. A friend who lives in the city took us when we were visiting, and I’m so glad. I had an amazing drink called the Sapphire something that was a spin on the gin and tonic, and I could drink that every day and be happy. I had a delicious salad with grains, greens, vegetable, goji berries, chickpeas, and more. So tasty and filling. I had one of the dessert specials, and that was great too. This would definitely be a favorite restaurant if I lived here!
Thank you Rachel for rating us 5 stars. We are so happy to hear that enjoyed your time and our food. Come back again.
Propaganda salad was the best meal I had in Vietnam! WOW to that freshness, flavors and all the nutricional elements that have in it! A restaurant to come back again and again!!
I think you visited our sister restaurant Propaganda, but thank you your 5 star review. Come back soon.
I come to Saigon about two or three times a year. And whenever I do, I ALWAYS eat at Au Parc. Often twice a day. Their roasted Greek salads are great. And I always have avocado and chicken added. Chicken skewers? Perfect! Chicken wrap? Perfect! The staff and the service? Could not be better! They are always so attentive and willing to help out any way they can.
On Saturday evening November 4, I dropped in again for another delicious dinner. A roasted Greek salad with avocado, Diet Coke and their great baguettes with butter.
After dinner, I asked the waiter if I could order two pork Banh Mi's to go. I was flying home the next morning to San Francisco and I wanted to put them in the fridge at the hotel that night and then take them with me on the long flight home the next morning.
The waiter was very gracious, and brought them out and showed me that they had wrapped each banh mi in foil, and put them in a plastic container with napkins for the long journey. I was very appreciative.
The next day, at 33,000 feet somewhere abeam Hong Kong, I unwrapped the first banh mi, and couldn't believe what I was holding. It was a bread roll. Period. Nothing in it, and the bread wasn't even sliced in order to put anything in it.
How can this be? I thought.
So I took out the second banh mi, opened it up, unwrapped it, and once again a roll with nothing inside. It wasn't even cut open.
Was this a joke? I wondered. Was the chef trying to prank somebody in the kitchen and messed it up and left the empty rolls in my takeout containers by mistake?
I have no idea.
I thought of calling the restaurant at my intermediate stop in Tokyo, but I figured the person who would answer the phone probably wouldn't have any idea what I was talking about. So instead, I'm writing this review and hoping that it gets somebody's attention.

Dear Pat, thank you for your support through the years. I would like to ask how much you were charged fro the banh mi? I am certain that is was not a prank (no one in out team has a sense of humour) but just a misunderstanding. Banh mi means "bread" as well as "filled sandwich" in Vietnam (as I am sure you know if you are a frequent visitor). If you were charged 12.000VND/banh mi, it is because the server misunderstood you (and thought you just wanted bred). If you were charged any more, I need to chop a head so please let me know (this now is humour)! You can write to me directly. noelle@propagandabistros.com Thanks for your time.
We went here for breakfast for a change from Vietnamese food. The service was slow and disinterested. Meals did not arrive together as their was a problem in the kitchen. The English breakfast was just ok, the best thing about it was the bread and selection of butter and jams. French toast was good as you would expect it to be. It is on the pricey side for Vietnam which is fine if you have good service and good food.
Thanks for your feedback!
