The title of my review says it all,the friendliness from the manager to the bell hop was amazing. The girls at the super breakfast where there for your every need.I cannot fault this hotel in any way and so easy to navigate Hanoi as soon as you exit the hotel. Will recommend this without question to everyone.

Room Tip: Try and pick a central room as Hanoi is a noisy city

The Hanoi Elegance chain has one of the best hotel deals in Hanoi. The rooms are clean and each room has its own desktop computer which is great for a traveler who didn't bring a laptop. The location is also really convenient close to everything in town. And of course there's an in-house spa - La Siesta which I really enjoyed. Staff are also very friendly!

I just spent 4 nights at the Hanoi Elegance Sapphire Hotel and have to give my thumb up for this hotel. Staff provided excellent services with smily faces at all times. 3 of us stayed at the Deluxe twin room with an extra bed for US$70 per room night inclusive of breakfast. Room is clean (I even saw the cleaner to clean every leaf of the plants which placed next to the lift of my floor) with all basic amenities and the best of all is free laptop to us at each room ( I am using it to write this review). Location of the hotel is in the centre of the old quarter where a lot of restaurants and attractions are within short distances by cab or walking. I will definately go back to this hotel for my next visit to Hanoi.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Elegance Sapphire in late March. We moved from the Hanoi Essence due to lack of rooms. Although the Sapphire is much older, the service and comfort were just as good as the Essence. As with the Essence, it is the staff who go the extra mile, who really make this hotel a fantastic place to stay. Every request was dealt with. The staff organised bookings for a train trip to Hue, and organised the taxi to the station as well as actually going with us to the station and getting us on the train. Taxis, reservations and suggestions for restaurants were always arranged with a smile.

We had a room that overlooked Hang Bong, which, as with most streets in Hanoi, is very noisy. However, once you closed the two sets of doors the noise was gone! You totally escape from the Hanoi hustle and bustle every time you walk through the doors.

If you are looking for a place to stay in the city, close to great restaurants, water puppets, Hoan Kiem Lake and the Hang Gai silk shops and boutiques, this is the place to be!

Room Tip: i think most of the rooms have double glazing, or similar, so there is no problem with noise.

Great no fuss hotel with an excellent location, friendly staff and clean rooms. This is a local chain so feel free to explore their other hotels as well.

Street facing rooms are a bit noisy but also have a great view of street life. Inside rooms are def quieter.

Room Tip: Inside rooms are less noisy
