Good except I experienced plumbing and toilet issues. Breakfast was nice and people are lovely and kind! Air conditioner was fantastic during the hot and humid weather! Young boy was very helpful and was able to fix issues! Nails can be a little tacky depending on what you are getting.
Babylon hotel is a very good place to stay with Family. Mr wind was very friendly and a great host. The toilets and the linen are clean and well maintained. The location of the property is also at a very place in Ba dinh. We highly recommend this place for family.
Babylon grand hotel is amazing and situated in the great location and reachable to all locations. Hotel stay and room is very good and service is very super and the staffs in the hotel are very corporate.Mr wind in receptionist is very helpful. hotel located in a fairly central and next to West Lake. It's easy to find the foods near the hotel. Rooms are clean, cozy, staff are very friendly. They were very enthusiastic and helpful when we asked for information about Hanoi. Good service
