Hotel nice neighbourhood. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast very good local and als european as well. The beds were not to hard also not to soft.There are a lot of locations to eat in the neighbourhoud for rhe lunch and the dinner.by
Fabulous hotel in the heart of Hanoi old quarter. Our luggage was delayed along with my wife's medication for 3 days. Leo the manager went above and beyond walking us to a nearby pharmacy and when they didn't have the medication Leo drove me on his scooter to another pharmacy where we found it, so kind. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious and all the staff at the hotel are very kind and welcoming. Thank you for an excellent stay
It was am amazing experience for me and my wife to stay here in the hotel Babylon grand. The buffet breakfast was delicious. We had a lot of cuisine for the breakfast. The receptionist of the hotel Mr. Wind was so helpful for us. He helped us get a priority check-in and helped us all through our stay. The location of the hotel is amazing. Whenever I come again to hanoi, I have a perfect place to stay.

What a welcoming place to stay in thanks to the staff and Leo for his kind attention. The Babylon Hotel is well placed for onward travel and a reasonable walk to markets and other attractions. Great places to eat nearby as well as hair salons a chemist and supermarket.
Nice Cosy room with all the amenities.
Good courteous staff.
Good variety in break fast.
They serve only break fast.
Quiet rooms because of less traffic in night.
During the day the adjoining road which is small, just two lanes has lot of traffic.
