the hotel is strategically located just beside the St Joseph Cathedral; walking distance to nearly lake with a beautiful trees; the accommodation is very good, though I have a hard time (for a while)connecting to the net yet the staff were so warm and kind to fix it immediately and facilitated our needs; the room is very excellent, with complimentary essentials from coffee to water, etc., especially the toilet and bath rooms; the temperature is just fine; the food is excellent, esp the fresh juice, fresh fruit and a very crispy and crunchy bread! The staff were very pleasant and warmth, they assisted us in every way and way we needed it. I really enjoyed and have a very good time during my stay fromm July 22 to 28, 2012.Overall rating is very good!!!

Room Tip: for aged people, rooms downstairs are best....

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. There were free tea, coffe and juices as part of the stay, which could be served in our room as well (free of charge). Breakfast were ordered a la carte and there were lots to choose from (incl. juice, fresh fruits, tea/coffee as well). Location in a quiet alley next to the cathedral couldn't be better. The family room had a balcony with a view to the cathedral (which could be heard at 5 in the morning - but not unpleasant). The best value for money on our entire journey.

Splendid hotel, right opposite the St. Joseph Cathedral.
Really neat rooms, with fast free wifi, wonderful restful beds, powerful A/C, smiling service, great breakfast included that powers you through the day, and with a full backpackers network of hostels and hotels two streets behind it leads to lively nightlife nearby or close by in the old quarter.
