This is a very nice hotel in the city centre of hanoi. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is great. The rooms are big with a nice bathroom. It's close to the nightmarket and the lake. Even the rooms on the street side are good insulated against all the noice from outside.

In a good location for the old town. Friendly staff, breakfast fine. Our room had a window opening onto internal area that went down to the lobby, if we opened the window you had noise from lobby and noise from other guests with their windows opened and their TVs going.

Arrived early from long flight- able to get an early checkin. Hotel is very central but surprisingly little noise in the room. Had all the facilities you need and a very comfortable bed. Staff were very welcoming and breakfast was great. Would recommend.

Ok location and friendly staff but we were on the 8th floor which was dirty and poorly maintained.

No Wi-Fi on the floor either

Breakfast was ok. Freshly cooked eggs were nice but terribly artificial orange juice in a country with so much fresh fruit why

Room was very tired and poorly maintained. Safe didnt work. Neither did the pop up shoppers in the basin or bath. Toilet seat was lose as was coat hook on door.

Doors were dirty as was the carpet

So poor quality compared to the other places we have stayed

Not sure why other reviews have been so positive. Maybe we were unlucky with our room.

Certainly don't book a room on the 8th floor lol

So it's ok but a bit tired and nothing special at all

Lift only goes to the 7th floor despite there being 8 floors !!

The hotel has a good location and has been within 15 mins walk to all of the main attractions like train Street, beer street and Hoan Kiem lake. The rooms are very comfortable with good size beds, air con, mini fridge and decent bathroom with a shower bath.

The breakfast is decent, with enough variety but found the food to usually be but very warm.

The free wifi is good and the staff are very friendly.

There is no lift access to the top floor, so if you have issues with stairs then request a room on a lower floor.
