..it does its job. Service is what it must be improved here, I know there are some barrier of communication but at least it will be good to see some effort in the staff eyes and behavior. Their banh cuon is not the best in town but they have the most complete menu and it's open until late.

My goal was to go there to try their pancakes but mainly the essence of the water bug...
On the menu you can choose to get either the water bug (that they cut open in front of you to get the freshness of the essence),or you can ask for a drop of the essence into your dipping sauce...
That one drop is more than enough to feel this particular taste of the bug which taste like perfume!!!
I would never think that something so ugly could taste so good.
If you are not afraid and you are keen to discover something different i would really recommend to discover this!!!

Yummy banh cuon! We ordered the pork, chiken and shrimp. The restaurant is clean and well lit. I just think they can add more meat filling to the rice crepe to make it even tastier. Still love it tho. We are going back for sure!

When we arrived sometime around mid afternoon, this place was closed. We were told that it opens in the evening. Please do check on the hours when it is closed during the day. We went there back for dinner and it was worth the wait. One dish that we wanted to try here was the Banh cuon for which it is famous for. The lady upfront was making fresh banh cuon which is an art by itself as its such a delicately prepared dish. It worth watching them make it.
We ordered a banh cuon with pork and mushrooms. And we felt like trying a few more from the menu hence ordered Chinese sausage and cinnamon pork. The banh cuon noodles were delicious and soft, filling was good too, the sauces enhanced the dish perfectly. It was so good that we ordered another serving. The chinese sausage was good. The cinnamon pork looked like a square cake. It was something different but okay. We also tried the Pho Ga which was okay.
All the side dishes were 5000 dong approximately 20 cents and main dishes ranged from 30,000 dong to 50,000 dong, which is $1.30 -$ 2 approximately, which is really very cheap.
Would highly recommend this place only for Banh Cuon for which they are known for.

Good vermiceli and chicken. The flavours were a bit of a shock to the system but it was the first meal we'd had in the country so this issue was probably ourd. All the ingredients were super fresh. Very cheap to.
