It was our first visit to Hanoi and we were glad that we've decided to stay at this hotel. Service was superb and the staffs were always helpful and friendly. Our room was the golden VIP room and it was nice. Worth the money paid. And we must say that we love our served breakfast every morning! We just fell in love with pho... The noodle soup that is. :) The Ha Long Bay 2D/1N trip organised by this hotel was great as well. We really enjoyed our trip!!! Thank you Peter, Lien, Nghia (Sorry if i didn't get your name right :P) and the rest of the hotel staff. We will definitely stay at your hotel again the next time we visit Hanoi...

This is by far the best hotel we have had the pleasure in staying at on our travels!! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who take away all the street and allow you to relax, which is not easy in Hanoi!!
The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The location is ideal and central.
We booked the 2 days Halong Bay trip with the hotel and got a cheaper price than most others on our boat and the trip was great, great food, great boat, great tour guide!!
DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS HOTEL !!!

In a city with hotels at every turn and half of them with the same name it is hard to find a really good budget hotel with good service here.

We lucked out with the Golden Plaza, Vietnam in general has really good value for money and this hotel is up there. The locatio is great, everywhere is within walking distance. The rooms are clean, cable tv, free internet and there is also an ASDL line in the room which is convenient. The rooms with the balcony are not to much more.

The staff are also great, we were slightly concerned about booking trips through the hotels as they are all very pushy in Hanoi, as soon as you enter it is one of the first questions you are asked. We had already booked a tour which fell through, we received a refund and decided to book through the hotel which turned out amazing and cheaper than we had originally scheduled.

You can not go wrong here, great hotel, clean and lovely staff.

The hotel arranged our transportation to and from the airport which was very helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and the staffs never failed to impress us with their friendliness and thoughfulness in arranging our day tour to the Perfume Pagoda. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Request for the rooms with balcony if you would like to sit out on the porch and check out the locals eating their fermented pig skin skewers along the back alley! Located a mere 10 mins from the central lake and less than a 100 steps from the cathedral, food lovers would not be disappointed with a variety of local and international cuisines at a range of prices. What do we like best? The staff who went out of the way to pick up a snack that we found at a roadside stall and even brought us there to buy some to bring home. Breakfast of beef/chicken noodles soup is highly recommended, but if you love bread, the baguette is not to be missed. A very nice experience and we will not hesitate to stay there again.
