Upon arrival at this hotel I was surprised with the size of it! It’s huge! We stayed in the villas which were lovely and very clean. We had a sea view-which is slightly obscured due to building work going on locally. This didn’t matter though!
The staff were amazing, very friendly. We were at one point the only westerners here but that didn’t matter to us, as there were plenty of staff that spoke fluent English.
It is slightly out of the town but there are transport options available.
Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a longer holiday in Ha Long as many tour company recommend short tour in Ha long with on Boat accommodation. Hotel got a nice pool and buffet dinner included in our rate. Hotel is far from the city center but the taxi was cheap. Only thing you should request quiet room.

We were a party of 4 adults and 3 kids from Australia, UK and Spain. We found the hotel to have Comfortable rooms, fabulous breakfast buffet, huge pool and Staff made every effort to ensure a pleasant stay. Excellent assistance to arrange boat trip with our preferred company (hotel does not use this one) and staff went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had during our stay. Special thanks to Mr Pham Cong Trinh and to Ms Bui Thi Thu An for all their kind help. Yes, this hotel has a predominately Chinese client base, seemingly here to use the casinos, but open your mind and give it a go as it was an excellent room rate. You may like to look into the price difference between the Villas and the more luxurious 5 star hotel as it didn't seem to be very much and the buffet dinner is included too. Two things to note are that there is very little in terms of restaurants and shops near the hotel and the hotel restaurants are significantly higher in price compared to places in the main town which meant we took taxis most days. But we also stocked our fridge with snacks for the kids so we could just laze around the pool on other days. Great coffee at the piano bar! Overall, can recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

Stayed here after cruise at ha long bay. Staff laughed and stared at us. Very uncomfortable stay. We were the only westerners there. Casino staff were friendly however locals looked at us like we shouldn't be there. Dragon restaurant asked us what we wanted when we walked in for dinner
We replied with 'food'. Food was nice.
Room clean but not 5 star. Toilet running all night and balcony lock on door broken. They put us at villa far away from hotel so walk every time to hotel to eat.
Would not stay here again. Not a hotel for westerners
