Only stayed one night (as planned) light bulb in the first room given did not work so the owner immediately gave us a BETTER room at no extra cost, in fact he reduced the price when we came to check out, called us a taxi and kept the taxi driver waiting whilst he gave us and the taxi driver a FREE cup of the best coffee, Rooms nice and clean and friendly hosts, what more could one ask?

Room Tip: no lift, excellent coffee on the premises, late back , just ring bell and shutters automatically lif...

arrived at the hotel at about 6:30pm.. one thing special is they don't even check you in.. they pass the key to you and you go straight to the room.. not even collecting deposit or asking you when are you checking out..

i got room 103 and it faces the road.. but traffic flow is not heavy.. so doesn't affect my sleep.. the room is big but has no aircon.. but Da Lat weather is cooling enough without the aircon..

the few issues i have is 1) hot shower.. there is a switch at the counter which you need to turn on first before your room has hot water.. probably due to the fact that it is offpeak season and the hotel has only 2 guests which is me and my friend (we got a room each).. 2) the hotel "shuts" by 9:30.. yes, roller shutters are down when i came back at 9+pm.. then you have to press a doorbell to alert them and the roller shutters will be activated..

we paid about USD13 a night a room.. so to me, the price was definitely worth it for that price..

we already booked one day in advance and when we arrived there (around 3PM!) we still have to wait for them to clean the room. We waited for around 45min which is not good.

The only good point is the location. Its very close to the market. plenty of restaurants , tour agency, conv stores nearby.

The room itself is pretty barebones. no fridge , no hotwater , no AC. Its pretty clean though.

'service' is not exist in their hotel. once I asked for a hair dryer and their response "i will deliver it to your room in 15 min" .... and an hour later , still no dryer

The worst part ?!? my cc charged 1,200,000VND for 2 nights. I know its a week after tet but still a ripoff

Fresh, aromatic, best coffee in Dalat by far from everywhere else! Nice owner, a real professional.
Try the Mocha Capuccino. My husband also ordered it and added Bailey's inside... Highly recommended!

If you look for a good coffee in Da Lat, you should definitely visit this place.
You will find several local coffees including the wiesel coffee which you can taste.
And even many nice packed gift boxes for presents.
Wifi is free, the stuff is very nice!
