I first visited V cafe in 2007 and it remains a classic Dalat cafe. Visited twice for the terrific mango salad. Disappointed not to see the lemon meringue pie I loved in 07 but still a nice place to eat and drink.

V cafe provides rice as well as latin American food. We had pisto manchego, tuna salad and broccoli beef (served with rice) as main course. The food tasted good, though tuna seemed to smell a bit fishy. Or it might be me who isn't adjusted to seafood.

We did enjoy the atmosphere---- with the dim light candles(which turned out to be electric ones, but that didn't matter) gave out and background blues playing (after 7:30,live music was played), it was really romantic. If only we had ordered a bottle of red wine from bordeaux!

Together with 2 friends we had dinner here and all tried western items off the menu. Very delicious, fries were cold and my friends vegetables arrived 5 minutes after she finished the rest of her food. Good atmosphere and music.

Menu comprised a variety of tasty Vietnamese and western dishes and a good selection of beers and other beverages at reasonable prices. In house musician was enjoyable. Only negative was the slow service.
