We have stayed at this hotel before and it is now the time to praise it as we once again had a very very good stay. The hotel is a bit off the main track which makes is very peaceful and secluded yet they provide a free shuttle service to the enterainment and beach areas free of charge and it takes only 5 minutes by shuttle. The room (we stayed at a Four Season Suite) was out of this world; very large large and very well designed with seperate living space, kitchenette and balcony. The price was almost too cheap to believe at about 3000.- baht for such a big suite (not sure but it is about 90 spm). We had a spa treatment and it was likewise very good and again at a very reasonable price at 900.- baht for two hours. They have a cute pool-side Cafe where we had good meals and drinks; they had a pool-side BBQ which good value for money. The staff were all very helpful and always extremly attentive but specially the Cafe service staff and the reception staff. What a wonderful place...we will be back and we recommend it to anyone who plans a trip to Pattaya.

Room Tip: All rooms are suites as far as we remember. We stayed at a Four Seasons Suite with about 90 spm!!!! It was just awsome for the price we paid. However they have also smaller suites.

You can believe the majority of the other reviews for this hotel. It surely does live up to the positive reviews. I booked here for a few nights with my wife and my brother and his family and everyone liked the place. All the positive things i would have mentioned have been covered in all the other reviews. If you like weight training as i do you will very happy with the gym. One of the better fitness centres ive used in a hotel. Good machines and free weights with plenty of weight to load up with. One thing to take note of is the hotel is not an a major baht bus route and if its your first time in Pattaya you may be dissapointed that youre not more in the central area but on the other hand if you dont mind paying a little extra for private transport or have your own then this is a great quite location.

We stayed here for just 2 days...but the stay was very comfortable worthwhile and relaxing. The food in the restaurant is very good and the snack bar in the room is very cheap. The hotel is located very close to the beach and the hotel also provides with a pick n drop service to the beach market.

Our junior suite was very spacious n neat n clean.

The spa massages are good... We had a bad experience with the local tour operator of coral island suggested by the hotel. The tour guide failed to drop us back to our hotel after the speedboat dropped us to the beach from coral island. We informed the reception about this incident. The hotel compensated us by giving us 2 complimentary spa massages. This was a very kind n generous gesture by the hotel management. The staff is very warm n friendly and always at your service.

It was a thorough enjoyable experience.

I stayed at the four seasons for 3 nights over the new years period and quite enjoyed it. i got the four seasons suite on the 7th floor and it was very spacious in the living area however the bathroom in the bedroom was quite small considering the amount of space used for the living room and an empty study. the amenities were very nice and i really liked the large fridge in the room. i didnt really use the kitchen but i tried to use a plate and it was dirty so i just left the them alone and didnt dare use them. on that note even the bath tub which was quite difficult to get into and out of was stained with some rust.
It is situated off the tourist area and getting around can be a little difficult but since i had a car it wasnt a problem for me and i always got parking space at the hotel. All in all not bad, but i think my had wasted space and a grand bathroom would have been appreciated. The dirty plates and bath-tub were just a little off putting and made the place seem old. the bed was clean and comfortable

I'm actually writing this review right in the lobby of the Four Seasons Place, using their free internet and listening to some smooth jazz as I type. The hotel thankfully is several notches above the tackier ones a few streets away, it's quiet, comfortable and family friendly. There's a pool right in the centre of the hotel, around which are seven floors of rooms - very intimate.
We had the junior suite, which isn't as expensive as you might think, and were three to the room. No major complaints during our stay here. The main staff spoke clear English (this I'm learning is a rarity in Pattaya) and the housekeeping was quiet and unobtrusive. The beds were clean and comfy and (this I'm happy to report) the hot water was plentiful at any hour of the day or night. The elevator has ads for meal deals at the restaurant - ignore them. We found great food on the street and at the Central Festival mall.
The hotel itself can't seem to decide it if is faux Roman, Greek or early Colonial in its decor, but that's only an issue for the pedantic aesthete! We didn't have any meals here but the welcome drinks we Ok and the breakfast pretty sumptuous.
If we return to Pattaya (oh the restaurants are amazing!) we'd gladly return

Room Tip: Get the Junior Suite if you've got kids. Very roomy and the TV is in the living room so it doesn't disturb the sleeping members of the party.
