An excellent hotel but what makes it truly special are the staff, superbly led by ‘Tong’ the GM for which nothing is too much trouble. Martin the superb head chef and a special mention to all the staff at the Intercontinental Club. Their service is excellent and extremely welcoming and friendly👌 Truly a gem in the land of 😊 ❤️

A great 5-star IHG hotel in Pattaya! Given the hotel building facility design, it does not give any Pattaya vibe at all. The hotel has several building complex making it more private. I was impressed by the hospitality I received from Intercontinental Club lounge staff member, Khun Noon, Phu, Bella and Piw. They always are attentive to provide service plus a lot of a la carte food in the club lounge during breakfast. Spa service is great too. One thing to consider is that you cannot bathe in the sea, if you want to do that perhaps the hotel might not be right for you.

InterContinental Pattaya Resort offers a private beach with beautifully designed Thai-contemporary interiors and plenty of scenic spots for photos. The atmosphere is tranquil, with all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury stay.
