Great. Location is far from seedy downtown of Pattaya, which is good for a family-friendly resort. Hotel beach is not great but pool area on a slope is wonderful. Planting on the resort is exceptional. Food more than great, especially breakfast. Rooms are just renovated and tastefully decorated. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this resort for families.

Fantastic place! Must try club lounge! Great pool, great people, superb view, great breakfast selection, great pools, great cocktails, and amazing buffet seafood dinner. A must try! Will return soon for vacation

The best resort by far in Pattaya with an amazing pool and excellent service. Special mention for the manager Mr. Raju who made our stay extra special by looking after every small request we had like arranging baby food, local transfers and just some great advice on what’s the best experience in Pattaya. The hotel has their own speed boat to Coral island and it’s priced well given the great quality.

The InterContinental Pattaya came highly recommended to my husband and I, and after a short two nights, I can absolutely see why!
The resort is gorgeous and feels like another world from most of Pattaya. We loved our room, which was spacious and had a nice little gazebo for relaxing.
The staff are without a doubt what makes this resort special. Everyone was warm and accommodating, from the gentleman serving poolside drinks to the check in staff.
We frequently stay In club rooms as we find the extra amenities to be good value, but the InterContinental Club here was hard to beat. The view is great and it actually feels like a spot to relax and never got too crowded. I loved that breakfast and evening canapés are available cooked to order (in addition to some other buffet items). The staff also paid a lot of attention and made guests feel special: remembering how we liked our coffee, greeting us with a warm welcome and never letting our glass go empty during cocktail hour.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot in Pattaya! Club access is 100% worth it.

Conveniently located an hour and a half away from Bangkok, it’s a convenient place to get to if you want to get out of a busy city. The hotel provides shuttle busses into pattaya if you want to find some where for cheaper massages of do a spot of shopping but don’t forget to book your spot on the bus going.
When the hotel is busy it seems to be difficult to find a sun bed. If you want one along the beach best go early. There is no system set up to order drinks by the pool although there are menus, at times it can be difficult to get the staffs attention if they are hidden behind the towels.
The rooms here are an amazing retreat. Double glazed so you are not bothered by the pool side noises. Don’t forget to bring your bubbles do the bath. They’re spacious and tastefully decorated, the balcony is well thought out with a ceiling fan above the chairs so can still be used on the hottest of days, shame there is not much privacy with in this outdoor space.
The breakfast at the main restaurant is standard.
The club lounge looks after its guests and pays wonderful attention to detail. The sandwiches at afternoon tea are always great but the sweets can be a bit of a miss. Cocktails and canapés cannot be missed. If you think their mocktails sound delicious have it with your favourite spirit added (we ended up ordering 4Gs every night, I think it was a triple g mocktail with gin).

Nice hotel with nicely furnished rooms. Stayed in queen double room with pool access. Kids really enjoyed ease of access to the pool. The only negative thing about room is very high beds. My 5 years daughter fell of bed at night and strongly knocked her forehead. Floor is partially wood, partially tiles. Baby cot - actually something else - wasn’t good. Pity that hotel of this level failed to have descent one. Breakfast was good. Wasn’t bored for 4 days in row. Beach bad. Don’t even think of swimming. Just enjoy laying under the sun and breath fresh air. Finally, location - quite far from Pattaya city downtown area. Luckily, shuttle bus service to Central Festival Mall every hour and a half.
