A great resort , excellent views of the sea.
Excellent restaurants - specifically the latitude which is got the best view of the sea.
The hotel staff was very polite and excellent in service. The only disadvantage all restaurants shut by 10.30. Thus if one wants a drink or late night snack one has to eat in the room or venture out. Given the location of the resort they should have a 24hour restaurant.
The hotel is secluded and tucked away from the hustle of Pattaya. A great place to relax. The hotel offers shuttle service to town and back. Also available local cabs at the hotel. Returning to the hotel anytime late at night one has to organise own transport.
The hotel has a rocky sea front and a man made beach. Great if one want to sunbathe but no for a swim. The water is rough, rocky shore and dirty water.
Sheraton needs to have a relook at their rooms - large rooms , clean with balcony. but rooms outdated , compared to other newer hotels and specially when compared to sheraton standards. Bathrooms - showers need desperate overhall - poor water pressure in the rain showers.
overall we enjoyed our stay for three days. We were out of the hotel most of the times to the nearby beach areas and evening we spent in town enjoying various upmarket bars such as Hooters, Gulivers
