I booked this hotel yet again for all of its good points, like location, cleanliness and excellent staff throughout.
I again was greeted personally by the manager Mr Aun, and shown to my choice of room that gives me a sea view, and of which Mr Aun had set a side for me.
This hotel as always offered a great price and location, and the staff are always a credit to the Sabai Hotel Chain. So with this all in mind, I will always recommend this hotel for both single and family visitors.

A big thank you to all, and Happy New Year

The Barcz Family from Derby UK

Room Tip: my room was 318, other good rooms were 205, 206

Sabai is a group of hotel with lot of hotels under it. Like sabai lodge and so on.

Good hotel situated in north pattaya and also near to lot of attractions like alcazar show, tiffany show, ripleys, art of paradise and so on.

Though near to everything, it still is away from the crowd and noise of the street. Parking space available

Booked this hotel specially since we were with family and wanted to avoid the notorious activities that pattaya is famous for in the hotel

Also has a swimming pool but is v small. Breakfast can be taken separately at an extra cost. It can be a tad cheaper if taken along with the room during the time of booking

Their website is a bit confusing during booking. So its better to take a double confirmation via mail during the booking

Over all a nice and relaxing place to stay

I stayed there around 10 days. Big and clean rooms. Very good Wi-Fi. A little far from heart but 10 THB isn't too much. The staffs are okay. Almost quiet in Pattaya style in nights for sleeping. It's okay

We stayed in the room that had ants all over the place. However the most discusting thing I came across was after I checked out. I paid very good tip to the cleaner after about 1hr waiting I was called out the taxi to be told that I have to pay 100B for dirty towel that was apparently found 5days before checked out. This towel was not even ours. I have never came across with such thing. It is really imbarrasing for hotel. the swimming pool it's a cross the street, very poor choice of breakfast we had to go to different hotel every morning, however good location and close to the beach because of the service I was given at the end I will never go back there

Room Tip: be aware of hotel service on the check out date!

This hotel had completed its renovation and things are in good condition. The shower area and toilet bowl had been changed. The shower remained at warm, good for late night shower.

The air con has no temperature setting, the fan speed has low, med and high. However, it does not mean anything. The air con temperature is cold at any fan speed.

High season for Standard room is 1350Baht and Delxue is 1500Baht. Low season for the former is about 1000B and the latter 1200B

There is a discount if the stay is more than 7 nights. The hotel will knock 100B per night

Room Tip: No need to choose
