“lovely new kitchen, nice room.”
Reviewed 15 November 2016 for a stay in October 2016

The owner does a great job of providing some of the simple things that give his rooms a nice touch. Great coffee mugs too. The room is self catering, although who would want to in Thailand? This room has a walk in shower which is not standard for this complex so ideal for aged or disabled. Pool area is lovely although no matter what time of year I stay in this complex, this pool always seems to be too cold (not owners fault). Owner thought I broke the glass jug of the filtered coffee machine and at first I felt a little shocked at the insinuation, but in hindsight, now I've given the situation more thought, I am actually relieved he did ask me, as I would much rather have the opportunity to respond and let him know we never used it (we use cappuccino sachets) than have him thinking I had broken it and said nothing (so I genuinely thank the owner for actually asking). Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I will definitely stay there again.

“Luxury with location”

Spent 10 lovely days in this lovely apartment 515. With wifi, pay TV and the perfect location, we couldn't ask for more. New kitchen was beautiful. Air con was perfect. Building and its surrounding was quiet with no traffic noise. Gym and pool were on the third floor

Genuine walking distance to the night market, which is a compilation of many, many stalls and very cheap eating and free entrainment consisting of music, traditional dancing and lady boy cabaret.

There is a family run restaurant only 10 metres opposite the 24 hour security guards with Super cheap food, freshly cooked with an added bonus of being able to book your sight seeing or cooking school experience.

Have a cheap massage to die just across the road to the left, a more expensive spa next door with a pharmacy, Dentist, optician and 711 all within a 30 second walk. A great, quiet place in a premium location of Chiang Mia. 3D art gallery only a 5 minute walk away and also highly recommend.

Highly recommended.. Neil, the owner, is great with all communications and was very flexible and accommodating.

“Excellent Apartment and Facilities”

We stayed in Neils studio apartment for 3 weeks. The apartment had everything you needed, a home away from home and some extras like the umbrellas which were very much appreciated. Having cooking facilities and a washing machine and drying rack was a plus also. The Gym, pool and reading room were excellent as well. The security and desk staff were very courteous and helpful. An excellent place to stay with taxis, buses and tuk tuk at your door step. We enjoyed walking around Chiang Mai so the fact it wasn't completely central was not an issue for us. Close to a supermarket and a 7 eleven. Excellent place to stay.

Really enjoyed our recent stay. Twin peaks is in an excellent location and boasts a really nice workout room and pool. The owner of the condo we stayed at was Neil, he was extremely attentive to our needs and made sure everything was as advertised. I would whole heartedly recommend Neil's condo to any interested traveller.

“Perfect Location for everything”
Reviewed 16 January 2016 for a stay in December 2015

This place is just great, within few minutes walk of the Night Bazar and just a 2 km from the square. Most of everything is accessible by walking and If for some reason you must take a taxi, well it will be a less than 5 km ride... And while you are close to everything, you are just far enough that you can enjoy quiet time. I definitely recommend this place for staying. Some may argue that you can find cheaper stay in Chiang Mai, but definitely not for this level of comfort. We actually paid more in other Hotels in Thailand and we got much less than this. Also Interesting to mention, as it was not in the ad, yes there is WIFI and yes there is a washing machine !
