The Empress hotel is a very nice and comfortable hotel.
The staff is extremely friendly with an excellent memory.
Every single time we came in the knew our room number to provide us with our key.
All of our requests were met and always with a smile.
Rooms are nice and clean and well maintained.

Excellent service in all areas, management particularly welcoming. bed comfortable, not so hard as usual in Thailand. Good buffet evening food but also, don’t miss the grill bar where fish and all sorts of meat, including steak can be cooked to order. Excellent speed free Wi-fi.
One of several tours being catered for in the hotel. By far the best of 4 encountered so far.

Stayed here as part of a tour for 3 nights. We had deluxe room on the higher floors which were very elegantly decorated, great bathroom with walk in showers and all bathroom amenities supplied.

Great pool area and also a sauna and massage available at the hotel pool complex.

Food was of a good standard and plentiful choice for breakfast.

Great location for shopping and the nightmarkets.

The staff were fantastic in every area of the hotel. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom is in serious need of an update. The shower was so short, I couldn't stand up under it. The gym doesn't open until 8:00 am. A little late. The door locks need to be changed. The breakfast was great!

Large clean room. Nice bathroom, no mold or peeling paint. 5-7 minute walk to a huge night market. Very good breakfast buffet. There's a lounge on the first floor next to the restaurant where a band was playing music from the 80's and 90's. Half price drinks during Happy Hour. You can get a massage at the Spa or they will come to your room. Get your laundry done at one of the 3 laundry services just steps away. Friendly staff.
