Lovely big clean rooms with nice cold air con. Great buffet breakfast. Decent meals in the restaurant and most helpful staff. Swimming pool and outdoor dining. Variety of tours available from the hotel. Fairly priced. Good location too.

The staff were efficient and friendly, the room (deluxe) was spacious and nicely decorated with a Thai feel to it. The bathroom was large and airy. I was working while I was there so really appreciatedbthat the Internet was fast and reliable.
I did not use the pool as my room was on the other side of the hotel but noticed other guests enjoying it. The grounds on the other side were nothing special but still pleasant.
The location was fantastic, walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops but without the hustle and bustle of other parts of Chiang Mai.
Overall, a nice hotel. I would recommend it for short stays (not a resort so plan to have activities in the day!).

Room tip: Deluxe was great with a terrace (not that private though!)

The hotel was clean and quaint but the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbor does, including coughing. The bed was also hard as a rock. The hotel wasn’t as close to the restaurants and shops as we had originally thought. Decent stay at best.

Just spent 5 nights at the Delanna, have to say this is a good 3 star property and not 4 star as described by the hotel. Furniture and surroundings are starting to show their age, however it was comfortable, clean and fit for purpose. Staff were friendly and quick to help out when we had a minor leak in the room and a faulty safe. Great location, 2 mins from a 7/11 and next to plenty of restaurants and temples in the old town. I would recommend it, however don’t expect 4 star luxury and you’ll be fine!

This is a good cheapish hotel in a great location in the old section of Chiang Mai. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Our room was ok. It was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. If you are looking for luxury this hotel may not be for you. The sheets and towels need to be upgraded. The bathroom was a little small, the hot water was a little hit and miss.
In saying this the hotels location was great for the Sunday night markets as just down the road the streets were blocked off. If in Chiang Mai on a Sunday night do not miss the markets, they are a wonderful experience.
