If you like sleeping on a hard bed, then this is the hotel for you. I would not consider this hotel to be a 4star as listed. The rooms and bathrooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. The faucets in the bathroom are from the 1980's and are in need a good cleaning. I read reviews before booking this place so I had better expectations. When I arrived it was too late to cancel and I would have been charged the full amount. I decided to upgrade to the executive suite which ended up costing me double. The beds are slightly more softer and come with extra pillows and the bathroom had cleaner faucets with a jacuzzi tub. Staff are friendly, but don't speak or understand English that well. When I upgraded she told me the total cost which I thought was the total cost of the room, but she meant it to be the total additional cost of the upgrade. This was an unfortunate misunderstanding which I ended up paying for when I checked out.

Yes its spacious.... but it seems as though the running maintenance is not getting done. First the shower door does not fit...its about 2 inches to small. Secondly the tile work in the bathroom looks bad at the doorway..missing tiles. Windows look like they have never been cleaned scince day one.....the staff atleast are very kind and always willing to help where they can. The owner really needs to sort this hotel out as it is a possible 5 star...

No complaints at all about this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff who couldn't do enough for you. We booked some tours in Australia and regretted it. Half the price through the tour company located in the lobby so use them - they speak excellent English. Had dinner on the roof top which was also very good. The rooms are spacious and ours had a huge empty kitchen in it which was a bit strange. Liked the location also. Easy to get to the old city but lots of cafes and restaurants around the area.

The location not strategic, need to walk about 15mins only have 7-11 and reach Maya shopping mall.
Room is spacious but looks run down, everything looks old in the room.
Breakfast served was so so, many choices but taste not so nice.
Overall, a pleasant stay but hope the management can improve/ maintain the hotel well.
Try to avoid rooms in 15th floor, the room is very very big but looks scary as there is no lights in the cabinet

We stayed here in a two bedroomed suite which was absolutely huge! Two big bedrooms, two bathrooms with jet baths, kitchen area and living room. We were upgraded to have executive passes which meant we got complimentary alcoholic drinks and snacks in the executive lounge and also complimentary late check out (4pm). The pool on the 17th floor has a great room and clean pool. The breakfast was good with lots of choice. Reasonable price to stay here if you book online in advance. Hotel is a little dated and could do with brightening up/painting/new carpet in places!
