Wow! did they make us feel special... We celebrated our anniversary here and they upgraded us to their largest room! AND they decorated the entire room with anniversary greetings! what a lovely and special experience! This is also a very nice hotel and a great central location. The service is excellent, and the food quality very high. Breakfast is outstanding! (highly recommend eating in the main dining room not the club on 21). Great place to stay if you visit the area!

I have been staying at the Chiang Mai Marriott for a week and half. My experience has been amazing. I-tim has been bringing me food to my door and gives me a brief description of everything I am eating. He is so helpful and friendly. The housekeepers are also really friendly and hard-working.

Favola Italian Restaurant of Chiangmai Marriott is the best Italian restaurant in town. Excellent authentic Italian cuisine with Italian chef and a team of great cooks in the modern five-star ambience. The service team were very courteous and attentive, especially Khun Louk Pad, who always very caring and served us with a big smile. Thank you all for always looking after us so well.

I had a massage done by katay and it was a very wonderful experience i could tell that she was very passionate of her job as everything from the costumer service to the massage was top notch . I really recommend getting a massage done by katay 😍😍

We had a really enjoyable stay here. Our rooms were comfortable, the restaurant on site was good as well. The Italian restaurant could have been better in my opinion but not bad. We were close to many things to do and enjoyed a ride on these cool red truck/taxis.
