This is a nice hotel, clean and convenient, and I’m particularly impressed by their services. Good English-speaking, friendly and passionate staff offer warm and helpful service. A lady named Pla greeted us with warm smiles during breakfast and offered us coffee and tea at suitable timing. We had a pleasant stay here.

Every staff is super friendly.
Khim at the reception was very helpful extending my stay.
Location is nearby the old town, but taxi is very cheap in chiang mai. So basically easy to grab a taxi to explore the new part of the city and try some nice coffee shops & restaurants.

It is a fantastic hotel. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is amazing. My room was wonderful and Yien give us special attention with our clothes. The Favo restaurant was super with a very good food and the maître Guy and his team give us a special attention. For me this is a Six star hotel.👏👏👏👏

Our trip started by getting picked up by the employee named Not. Throughout our whole stay at the hotel, he remembered us, our names, and how long we were staying. Not only that, but he gave us fantastic recommendations for places to visit.
Our room was beautiful and overlooked the beautiful mountain. Unfortunately someone was smoking nearby and it affected the air quality in our room. We let the staff know and immediately they brought up an air purifier and a plate of fruit to apologise for the inconvenience.
Our toilet also had a few plumping issues but again, it was immediately fixed.
This hotel was amazing the staff were faultless.
Finally have the breakfast at lease one time. You won’t regret it.
We will be back!

My room is clean and spacious, from the room can see the beautiful scenery of mountains and houses.
Bed and bath tub is comfortable.
Excellent service from the front desk and concierge, gave me helpful tips on where to visit beautiful scenery and shopping mall.
The servers at the breakfast restaurant are friendly and impressive. Coffee is so good, and brighten up the morning. However, the congee was not hot enough and the eggplant was not yummy.
Special mention for all the bell boys. They are very welcoming and helpful especially the guy named Not.
The swimming pool for the kids is very attractive, I can’t wait to bring my grand children to come over.
