One of my favourite meals in Chiang Mai. Great Khao Soi, friendly service and traditional atmosphere. Some may say it's a little dated but it really maintains the character of past years. Highly recommended.

You can find some rare and difficultly made dishes of Thai food here with Central style (not Northern style) so that sweet and spicy is dominant. However, every dishes were made by selective material and seasoning resulting to a plenty of deliciousness.
Foods were served in small portion size (relatively expensive) but valuable.

This is a very well known restaurant that has been around for a long time. Although the place looks small from the outside, the inside is quite large. It is not a trendy place, the inside being a bit dark and furnishings are old. However, the menu is extensive and the food is excellent. We ordered prawn fried rice and beef green curry with kanom been (a type of thai noodle). Both dishes were very good and priced at around 200 THB each which is reasonable. I would recommend this place and would definitely be back again when I am next in Chiangmai.

We've ordered Pad Thai and khao soi . Wonderful and authentic Thai food. Would be nice to visit when you're in this neighbor hood.

This was our last day but one in Thailand when we had already tried a lot of Thai food. Compared with other restaurants we visited, the food here was not very special. We ordered a coconut soup, a red curry, a stir-fried spinach and a stir-fried chicken with glass noodle. The amount was quite small. Even though the price was not very high, it was not a particularly good value. Service was only moderately good. They did not even ask us whether we needed a drink.
This restaurant had exquisite decoration of old style which created a romantic environment.
