We booked this hotel because of its good reviews and pictures.
We stayed in the 2nd building which is reached by walking 5 minutes down a canal-side dark alley. We had the smallest room which was literally just the bed and barely no room to put our backpacks on the floor (can’t see a room as small featured anywhere). The air con was directed straight at the bed head and just had the basic on/off feature - so during the night we either sweltered or had it straight at us. My husband tried to sleep with a tshirt over his head! There is no reception or hotel presence at the building so not sure what happens if there were to be a problem/emergency.
Breakfast was good - just grateful we were only there for 1 night passing through. We have stayed in several modern hotels in Bangkok and fancied a change. It wasn’t worth it.More
