This hotel is located about a 10 minute walk away from the Koh San Road. Myself and the Other Half stayed here for a short time - one night at the beginning of our Thailand trip and then two nights at the end of our Thailand trip.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-maintained and decorated. The staff were genuinely lovely, with nice manners and good English.

Because we were on a flying visit to the city we did not stay to enjoy the pool area or anything but it looked quite pleasent. The rooftop terrace is one of the hotel's best kept secrets, we spent our evenings there reading guidebooks etc taking in the views of the city.

Breakfasts were fine, no real issue at all. There is a 7/11 across the road for drinks and snacks or whatever you require.

When I come back to Thailand I will be staying here again. Terrific.

My wife and I stayed here for ten days. The hotel was fantastic, particularly the staff, and if we ever go back to Bangkok we will certainly be staying at Lamphu Tree Hotel.

The breakfast was great, the pool clean and pretty, and the roof garden a great way to get away from the noise and chaos of the city. The rooms themselves are very clean. It was the staff, though, that set the hotel apart from others. They were very helpful and friendly for the duration of our stay.

We stayed two nights in Lampu Tree House. I think it is a great place to spend your first nights in Bangkok/Thailand. The hotel has a small but good swimmingpool, the beds are clean and comfortable and the bathroom is basic. The location is great, on walking distance from the city center.
The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, it had the biggest breakfastbuffet we saw on our trip. They offer French toast, eggs, bacon, delicious banana pancakes, bread, fresh fruit, .... You can also enjoy free fruits during the whole day. When we spend another night in Bangkok during the middle of our trip, my online reservation did not went through. But the staff did offer us (the same) room for the online-price and even prepared a breakfastbox when we had to leave very early the next morning.
I think this is hotel is a very good option if you are staying in Bangkok!

I stayed here for a quick trip in Bangkok. The hotel is clean and the staff was very accommodating. The buffet breakfast was also amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

It was hard to find at first so to avoid getting lost, use the map provided by the hotel and tell the cab drivers that it is on Wanchat Bridge.
