Lovely Hotel and good central area,easy to get around the sights.Taxi's and Tuk-Tuks outside hotel and very cheap,also 5 mins walk to the Skytrain.Would reccomend this hotel to anyone.The staff were all very friendly and very happy at there work,the breakfast's were wonderful and a good banter with the guys. We had a great time.
The property was a great place to stay in Bangkok. It is set off a bit from the busy streets, which was great. It is decorated very nicely, modern and clean looking. All the staff from the front desk to the concierge, valet and cleaning staff were friendly, helpful and professional. It was within walking distance from many shopping areas, stores and restaurants. The only problem, which had nothing to do with the quality of the hotel, was during peak traffic time, most taxi drivers would not take us to or from the tourist area on the other side of town even if we offered them extra baht. It took asking many taxi drivers to get one that would.
I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
Right behind The Four Seasons lies the Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok. It is convenient, well-appointed for the price and has a great rooftop pool. It's close to SkyTrain and the malls as well as the night market for dinner. I really liked my corner room with wall-to-wall windows. (If I can think of the room number, I will come back and add it. 721, maybe?!) Lots of storage/closet space. Unless, I AM staying at The Four Seasons or St. Regis nearby, I will always stay at the Courtyard.
Nice accommodating hotel for business travelers. They let do a early check in and late check out as well (different stays). Hotel is walking distance from malls and BTS stations. Decent breakfast and nice business lounge.
Found the service to to really good, the staff could not be more helpful. Had a few days here staying alone and with friends. Really like the rooms, and stayed in its a normal room and a corner room. The pool area was nice, a few families with kids but a nice area to relax after a day on the town. Close to good (western) shopping and convenient to the train.
