*Review based on a PREMIER Double Room: My family of 4 had 2 premier rooms in the F building and we hd a fantastic day/evening. Since we only had 24 hours in Bangkok, we wanted to be close to all the sites. The hotel is located on a quaint, quiet street right next to Khao San Rd. On this road there are ample Pad Thai carts selling great dishes and fruit smoothies for 50 THB. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and a great size. The bathroom had been recently renovated. Our rooms overlooked the street and the temple in the courtyard. It is an easy stroll to the palace, Wat Pho, Khao San, the river with boat rides. Breakfast was fantastic with ample hot and cold options. More selections than you get at an average hotel in the US. The pool was quiet and a nice respite after 24 hours of plane rides and walking in the heat. While it's not a 5 star hotel, it deserves a 5 rating for location, cleanliness, value, pool and breakfast. No need to search further. And splurge for the premier.

Room tip: Premier double is a good size and updated

Basically the main selling point of this hotel is clearly the location, as you are in very central area but not on a main road so is quiet and you can have a decent sleep.
However my room was a bit old and the air conditioning unit was very noisy.
Breakfast was decent, fruit is always welcomed but I would've liked some pastries as an option, but that's just me.
Really enjoyed the swimming pools at the end of a hot day exploring Bangkok.
As stated before you pay for the location cause for the same price this was the smallest room that I got in all my trip around Thailand.

This is my go-to hotel when I'm in Bangkok. We stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights and everything went well. We stayed in the 5th floor which was not a problem as they have an elevator, buffet breakfast was good though they only changed 1 dish and served different kinds of fried rice daily, their staff were helpful and accommodating. If you need airport transfers, you can just inform the receptionist about it. Upon check-in, you will be asked to provide your passports which will be returned to you afterwards and a security deposit amounting to THB1,000. We opted to give USD52 instead as we needed to use our THB for spending elsewhere. The location is just a 5 minute walk to Khao San Road, ATMs are easily accessible as well as money changers around (though we recommend exchanging your money to THB in the money changers around Pratunam Market for better exchange rates) and there are street food vendors, massage parlors and cozy bars available along Soi Rambuttri too. Highly recommended!

Our overall stay was fine. The room price was reasonable considering that they have a swimming pool and buffet breakfast included. Wifi was just not fast enough, and upon checking in, the cleaning guys forgot to clean the soap dish that had a used soap with hair on it. Aside from that I can say that I will stay here again in my future visits in Bangkok.

As a family of five, 2 adults, 3 children we decided to book this for a couple of reasons.

1) it has a roof pool
2) it fitted our budget as Bangkok was just a stop over
3) close proximity to Khoa San Road

This hotel does what it says on the tin, it’s a budget hotel so basic rooms but absolutely fine. Air conditioning was a god send and worked a treat. A two minute walk from Khoa San Road although far enough away that it can’t be heard when you want to get some rest.

The general vibe of the street where this hotel sits is relaxed. We found the food to be really good in the restaurant a stones throw away “Sawasdee House” to be really authentic.

If you turn right out of the hotel and walk to the end of the road where it bends around to the left, there is a bar/restaurant on the right called “Madame Musur” this has a great place with a really chilled out vibe, the massage a few doors up from here is also amazing for 1/2 massage for 150bht is money well spent.
