Girl at the reception completely doesn't care about customers, while she is in her phone and headsets she asks to pay before service and as soon as u pay for she goes back to her phone videos. She doesn't care if u ask strong or soft and even if u say exact name of preferred stuff she will just reply she is not here today. And after 10 min you can find the person u requested for. I just wonder what is she watching so attentively in her phone?

We used to go here for massages and pedicure manicures but they are not so friendly these days and close much earlier that other places close by.
Standards are good but gone downhill recently in my opinion.

I came for a Footmassage and later Oilmassage. The service was friendly, clean and professional.
As always it depends on the person you
have. Mine was excellent.
No 'Happy Ending' was offered, what made me very happy.
I would come back at any time.

A good spa, doing a great work with able hands, There is always people waiting to have a massage. Burberry is situation in the heart of Silom and next to a lots of good hotels and it is on the main Road as well very close to the Holiday Inn and Sea Shell museum. Prices are decent and the amount of time they spend even for a foot massage is quality.30 mins for a foot massage and 60-90 mins for a full body massage. People who do the massage are quite experienced and you will certainly feel relaxed. One of the best in Bangkok for a decent Thai massage.

This is a must visit for their Foot reflexology, pedi and manicure services. The message therapist really knew their craft and the pressure points applied and service was fantastic. It is not a fancy upmarket spa, its clean, efficient and just great value for money. If staying around that area it's a must visit.
