Sincerely it is not a bad hotel. But, the bed was small, like, ridiculous. We found a fly sticked on the sheet and plenty of "i don't want to know what it is things" inside the sheet.
The receptionist was smilly, but the moment you ask something and he can not charge you for it (like a cab) then the service start to be very poor. After asking us 3 times if we need a cab for a destination we were asking for we then didn't try again.
Refused to take the card as warranty making us take cash after a mega long trip (more than 12hours). My card is a black card. (anyone with a minimum knowledge know the risk of no payment with these cards are almost 0)
We checked the 250 THB breakfast and what we saw did not convinced us so we didn't buy it.
We tried the lunch. It was nice to have the restaurant for us, but the mango rice was not good value and I found sand on it. Maybe it's one of the reasons we had the restaurant for us...
Funny thing about the room is the amenities. Let's be honest most hôtel think they win money by being cheap with it. This hotel is an other level. 2 person, and only one set of cheap everything. No complimentary bottle of water (or its not clearly announced) and they even charge 70 tbh for it.
Honesty I do not recommend this hotel.
