Went there with my customers and bosses. We had a lot of good food but cannot shale off the feeling that the captain misguided us on how many dishes were ordered.
The restaurant dining hall and VIP rooms all look very good and well maintained. Good for business meals. This restaurant apparently has won many awards over the years (see attached photo).
We had a 4-season starter platter, seafood-mango spring roll, cha siu, crispy pork, shark fin soup, peking duck, steamed garoupa, goose web and mushroom, prawns with glass noodles, and broccoli with scallops (which was canceled in time).
The Peking duck crispy skin was sliced off expertly with very little fat - good. The second dish from Peking duck - noodles fried with the meat - was excellent.
Cannot say that the food was bad but a few dishes were a bit off. The BBQ spare ribs were tough to bite into, the steamed white chicken tough and both of these came in the platter!
