Not cheap for BBK standards but the view and atmosphere make up for that for sure. Food is not bad either! Valse for money!

Superb views over Bangkok. Food is delicious, particularly the pasta and starters. Service is prompt and efficient. Arrive early after 6 pm opening as gets busy and the outside seats will be taken

Scarlet is definitely not the most inexpensive restaurant of the city but when evaluating the quality it certainly is worth the money used! And when compared to any restaurant with same quality in Northern Europe it only makes you happy.
First about the wines. Scarlet has excellent selection of international wines so it was like a heaven to a wine lover like me. Very good variety of wines is sold by the glass also which is nice. I tasted wonderful Haut-Medoc red, elegant German Riesling and, of course, my all time favorite - champagne. All these under 10 euros per glass.
When ever possible I recommend to ask seat on their terrace! It is just amazing to have a glass of good wine and enjoy the warmth and million lights of Bangkok evening.
Menu is international. And the chef is very talented. Excellent fresh ingredients are prepared professionally, plated beautifully and the flavors are in perfect balance.
Service in Scarlet is always very good. When Thailand style hospitality meets the style and elegance of classic French bistro the result really is not very bad!

Love the atmosphere at this place, staffs were all friendly and very welcome. The price of drink and foods are very reasonable compare to the location and set up.
