It's not worth your money to stay here, even if just for a night. I would suggest you spend a little bit more to enjoy what you expect it to be. This hotel is freakingly awful, below acceptable level in terms of its customer service, condition and facility.
None of the fitness machine works. The place is too shabby.
Most importantly, they simply don't know what is customer service. They have no idea that they are owning a business that is customer based. I'm still inside this shabby place when writing this review, feeling furious about his attitude.
The bathroom glass door is stuck there. It was closed this afternoon and couldn't be opened anymore. So we went to ask for maintenance. The guy(who only speaks thai, and only my dad could understand) came to see. He could not fix it. And thinking that we should be responsible of the door, he frowned and raised his voice at my father when my father requested to change room. God knows what, he asked us to share the bathroom. He said "how to count if change room?"(in Thai). What the hell? Does he even have a brain? What is there for him to lose if we change room? We cant split ourselves. We can only be in one room at a time. What the f?
DON'T spend unnecessarily. You might rather spend it elsewhere, say overpriced stuffs.
