This is the type of restaurants that would be suitable for special occasions. If you are looking for a romantic dinner this is an interesting choice.
It is a charming house with garden inside the alleys. Rustic but yet cozy style. The place is small so it's not noisy, but that's why you should reserve in advance. You can notice that only nice crowd coming in, either friend to chill or business partners.
We ordered the the Surprising menu with 4 course. It's very interesting cuz you have no idea of what was coming it. The food was just amazing, you can feel the quality and creativity on each bite of the dishes.
The black ink squid cappuccino was very nice, specially if you love squids. The pasta filled ricotta and topped with italian sausage and truffles was exquisite! I'm from Argentina so you can tell when is a good italian sausage (pity wasn't a main course). Then the cod fish wish spinach and lemon sauce, OMG i can still feel the spinach. The only disappointment was the foie grass ravioli, which the filling was a bit too salty :(
Lastly was the dessert, both pre-dessert and dessert. First one was refreshing (like washing your mouth) orange jelly, frozen apple, with prosecco foam. But the ending was really a finalé! Hot chocolate with ice crushed seasoned with rum!!!!! OMG pricey but totally worthy ;)
By the way, they are Iron chef winner 2012
