Upon arrival, we were treated as though we didn't have a reservation. We were not extended our welcome drinks and cold towels per promised in our Panorama room reservation confirmation e-mail.
We were told by front desk the hotel has a policy of "no extra key card requests over the weekend" as there's not enough key cards. Upon check-in, we were given only one key card while there's 2 of us. An extra key card would require a 500 baht deposit. If we were informed upon check-in of such a policy, we would have chosen to take the extra key card right at check-in.
Our Panorama room 215 had no view via all glass doors (main door looks onto a construction site), no written instructions of how to use the in-room safe, cockroach in the bathroom and even on the breakfast buffet counter.
Service attitude in all areas, was condescending when they spoke, they have zero hospitality manners and not even extending the typical polite Thai "Wai".
This is my first and last time staying here as there are far better choices out there.More
