We had breakfast here after a very exhausting 12-day Everest Base Camp trek. The ambiance is cozy and calming. I had Shakshouka and it was filling and delicious. We would liked to have stayed longer if it weren't for our pressing need to shower. Having a meal here was a great way to cap off our trek.

We spent a relaxing couple of hours here in their tranquil courtyard sipping drinks by candlelight. Really relaxing place, with friendly staff.

The restaurante is in the middle of the busy Thamel district, but you will feel like you are in a different world! The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxed! It has a terrace but also an inside restaurante for the cooler or rainy days! The food is deliscious, the service is great! Its not expensive and some nights they present you with live traditional nepalese music! Just the cherry on the top! If you have a chance go there and order the Dal Baht! Great meal!!!

We loved this place- the service is good, food is good, prices are very reasonable and atmosphere (in a courtyard) is nice. It’s always popular but never so busy you can’t find a table. Would definitely recommend! They have live music some nights too.

Been there several times and will return again you won’t regret. The staff were well trained and kind. Food was quite good as we had snitzel. There was a acoustic band playing that nite which made for special evening
