First, the rooms we have had are spacious and very nice (4 star quality)! I made reservations via Tripadvisor partners for when we got into Kathmandu, then when we were to return. Sadly, I set the wrong date for our return; when we returned early due to medical issues they were booked, but Tulsi found a way to get us in for 1 night. We are now set to stay there again before our departure for one more night, again when they seemed booked out, but Tulsi has helped us find a room in the hotel. The one night we were not in the hotel Tulsi found us a room in Hotel Buddy nearby, which was not quite as nice, but convenient. We stored our bags at the hotel between our 3 stays, which was very helpful! Tulsi also booked our airfare to Pokhara, which was helpful. The Oasis is a bit off the loud roads, which is nice (it's quieter), but very near the heart of Thamel and its walking-only shopping district, which was very nice.

Very good location, attention and breakfast. They arranged from the pick up at the airport to any kind of activity you desire.
Actually I recommend to get some activities and the twin hotel arranged in pokhara (lakeside).

Room Tip: The hotel is situated in a non traffic road so, always quiet. Rare to find in the busy Kathmandu

This place really feels a bit like a oasis. Very tranquil.
Rooms are nice and clean. Perfect shower.
Manager/owner helps you with whatever you need. He was a guide before and gave me tons of advice about my three passes trek.
It was a very pleasant stay. Will come back!

On arrival, was warmly welcomed by the general manager at the reception. Was explained the facilities at the hotel and what areas they could assist. Was also offered drinks while the receptionist took care of the check in. Was upgraded to a higher room category than I had ordered.

The room was big and the bathroom was similar. One had access to the kettle and two liters of water were put out every day after the cleaning. Had no problems with the room and it was clean and well kept. One small feature is that there was only an electrical outlet at the beds. As mentioned above, the bathroom was large. It was included bathrobe, shampoo and body lotion. Good pressure in the shower and hot water throughout the show. In addition, there was a hairdryer available. It was quite listened to the hallway, so that you hear good when the cleaning begins or that one of the neighboring rooms on the same floor goes down for lunch. The WiFi worked very well during our stay

The breakfast is simple, but tasted fine. Nice and smiling service. There were two kinds of juice, some cereal and toast. In addition, there were some hot dishes like omelette, pancakes and sausages. Also some more local hot dishes. Also ate lunch there one day and the cheese tasted good. It also made Chikken Curry.

The location is superb. Close to the Garden of Dreams and the entrance to Thamle. Walking distance to both the palace (and museum) and Durban Square. Taxi is cheap to get around with otherwise. Laundry right across the street. No doubt this hotel will be used on next visit.

Rooms were spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. Staff is really friendly and main touristic attractions in downtown Kathmandu are all in walking distance from the hotel. It's great value for the money, but I didn't really liked breakfast and also the view from our room.
