Rooms are perfectly fine and a good space for rest after a long busy day. The restaurant serves great food and the staff there are super professional, attentive and helpful. I highly recommend it. Thank you

I loved staying in this hotel at the start of our trip in Bhutan and then we had lunch there on our return. The highlight for me was the amazing service and friendliness of the Food and Beverage girls who looked after us so well. Thank you Yangden, Jeena Rai, Tshering Dechen and Choki Wangmo for making our time in the hotel so very special and memorable!

The staff is lovely! I especially enjoyed my meals. The staff in the restaurant (Yangdon, Jaena Rai, Tshoring Dechen and Choki Wangmo) all showed a special balance of friendly and respectful. I felt very well taken care of :). The hotel is simple and clean. A little noisy but this dies down around 11 pm. It is very central so you can walk to the memorial and take in the bustling commercial activity on the way.

We visited Bhutan in June 2019 and spent 8 amazing days. We opted a travel agent karma kaka for jamgoen phuntsho adventures. He has been fantastic from beginner to end. We received prompt answers to all email inquiries before the trip. He was a nice guy and knowledgeable. Which of course we enjoyed and appreciated. Driver Tshering parop was also excellent we felt very safe all the time. We also used the assistance of jamgoen phuntsho adventures to do visa applications.
We had a great time and therefore i can highly recommend the service of jamgoen phuntsho adventures.

This was our first exposure to a hotel in Bhutan. The entrance to the hotel was not so great and the frontage was not impressive. Once you enter the main foyer, the impression changes. An ornate reception desk, vast waiting area, wonderful hosts and caring staff, makes a lot of difference.

Our group of 71 people with average age of 55 were to stay here for a night.

The rooms are spacious and well furnished. We went in early Dec and rooms were kept comfortably warm by electric heaters. There were extra blankets available in the room.

Visited the standard set of popular attractions in the afternoon. By about 5:30 we were back in the hotel.

In the evening after our discourse meeting, most of us made it to the main road market for exploration and shopping. We were told that the Thimphu market is expensive compared to Paro and Punakha.

Returned to Hotel and hit the bed since we had been up from very early morning.

Got up early to get ready for the morning discourse meeting and checking out.

The hotel management must have got a culture shock, since all the 70 tourists got up early and had their bath. For the first time in my experience, cold water ran dry, leaving only boiling hot water running in the taps. Things got corrected in some time, but there was a slight delay in our programmes.

The breakfast spread was tweaked to our group's requirements. Enjoyed a nice hot breakfast.

The luggage handling during Check in and check out were handled efficiently and professionally by a set of girls. Wonderful crew.
