We were a group of 14 people, who stayed at this hotel for three nights. It was an enjoyable experience, with some absolutely wonderful people taking care of us. The manager and staff were extremely courteous, and entertained all our requests, from giving us pointers on what to do in our trip to have a lovely experience, to having rice cooked differently to suit our palate. The prompt and earnest service, however minor the request may be, indicates the degree to which the people at Namseling Boutique have the customer's interest at heart, and does not leave much to be desired in the aspect of good service. With regards to dining, it was never an issue as it was fresh, healthy and had a home-made flavor to it. Due to its proximity to good restaurants and the bazaars, there is no dearth of entertainment/food in the evening after a long day exploring the surrounding attractions. A rather minor pet peeve would be the internet, which was good at its best, and rather sporadic at times. TLDR: The place is worth the stay, just don't stay in your room all day long and complain about the Internet!

Room tip: Corner Rooms are very sunny!

Located in the market place at Thimphu city, Namseling is an exceptionally well managed hotel. With mountains on all the four sides, the hotel gives you a breathtaking view. Sandeep and Brijesh the Managers leave no stone unturned in the hospitality and comfort. The hotel has spacious rooms, well kept bathrooms and delicious Indian Food. The staff is very co-operative and enthusiastic.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The food is tasty and homely. The staff, ably led by GM, Sandeep and his deputy bijesh are courteous and friendly and go out of the way to make your stay memorable. While some of the staff need training, they more than make up for it by their earnestness. We would love to come back to this hotel.

We were a group of 12 people (including 9 senior citizens) who stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was located close to the main market place and crafts bazzar. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Good food in the breakfast and dinner buffets which included a few local Bhutanese dishes. All in all, it was good value for money.
But the absolute highlight of our stay, was the service. We were amazingly well looked after by Sandeep, Brijesh and their efficient & cheerful team. There was nothing that we asked for, that they didn't provide and that too with a warm smile. Right from special food and fruits upon request as one of our family members was ill, to a surprise birthday cake for one of our group members. Sandeep is extremely hands-on and totally in command of all situations. He leads from the front and sets a great example for his team. Keep up the good work & thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Very decent hotel located in the heart of the city and a stone’s throw from the main street. (10 mins walk). Std 3 star hotel features with running hot water, SD locker, In Situ wardrobes, (pretty fast) WIFI, and in house restaurant. Rooms are well furnished with a local touch to the furnishings. No AC but you don’t need one as the climate is pleasant thru the day / year. In fact, all rooms have heaters instead that you would most likely use. Courteous reception and restaurant staff that serve with a smile. Rooms offer stunning views of the towering mountains behind the city and beyond. We had gone on a package , and as part of that , had the buffet options on food so we didn’t really order any a la carte.
The hotel location is very central ! Its close to the main circle (Chorten Lam) from where you can pretty much walk to anywhere you’d like.
On the food front, we weren’t disappointed but we only felt that perhaps some local cuisine could be infused into their buffet spread. Just to give it the local touch as well.

Room tip: all rooms have similar views ...
