Suburb paradise is perfect for those who have a private car or have no problem taking the boda boda bikes to the taxis and traveling that way. It is a beautiful, clean and well kept property. Just lovely inside and outside. I loved the plants and flowers. The rooms are spacious and well dressed. Cozy and feels like home. Frida and Peter were such gracious hosts we felt like family. The caretaker of the home Kagimu Fred absolutely stole our hearts. Warm and kind and a great spirit. Great cook too haha. We absolutely loved him and wanted to steal him. If you can afford to stay at Suburb Paradise you definitely will not regret it. My only negs would be lack of mosquito nets, lack of screens in doors and windows so we can open freely for air to circulate better, and no microwave. I also felt that if you charge per night for the entire house stating it sleeps 8, there should not be additional charges for my guest visiting. Overall its one of the best places to stay in Kampala. Minus my little scruples regarding above mentioned, I would most definitely stay again in the future. I could go on and on but if you need me to share more or have any questions, you may email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. And let me mention before I go that it is rainbow friendly
The place is a little out of the way but worth the 1 minute drive of the main road. It is fully furnished with dish and clothes washers, cooking and refrigeration facilities and the lawn make the night out of the house very pleasant. we hosted the best barbecue ever thanks to the ample parking space and inbuilt outdoor barbecue stove.
