I Had Great time in this hotel. Service is very good and efficient. Employees are attentive and taking the necessary measures against Covid. Clean Hotel, the room was clean too, buffet is ok. Will be back soon, this will be my first choice in Accra

Room was clean, breakfast is ok. shuttle from the airport got me waiting 45 minutes waiting for another passenger in a different flight apparently.

Going to the bar after 7 pm is not recommended as there are many uninvited guests.

Clean hotel .
the room was perfect and clean too.
Many variety in the buffet restaurant.
Also the hotel is not far from the airport, and they are offering the COVID test service

Very good food, good services, good and gentle staff and a clean hotel and they take seriously the preventive measures against Covid. Very recommended!!

I want to know how much it costs if you want a room a night.i am hosting my partners in Ghana from USA in Michigan and they will be back next year but I want to find out the prices of your bookings..I am in to ask about the amount of money I have to pay a night for them.

We decided to book our stay here and it was definitely a lesson learned (never again). We were made to wait hours after our arrival before they would check us in (even after knowing that we traveled 23hrs to arrive and were tired with small children). We were told that the room wasn't ready. In reality, the room was never ready (not cleaned, air conditioner was not working, etc.). We checked out the next day as there was zero customer service at this hotel. It even took a week to receive our refund back, and that was after several calls, emails, and in-person trips to ask for a status where we were told that no one knows the manager's phone number. Yes, three employees told us that no one knows the manager's phone number to address our request for escalation of our concerns. Bad service is one thing, but consistent lying to paid customers was a red flag. We also kept being told that we would get a call back from a manager. A week later, we still have not. We will not recommend this place to all the diasporans who are en route to Ghana.

Room tip: Do not stay here - the Accra Marriott is superb
