All staff tried very hard to make my stay as comfortable as possible. No hot water for a day, but solved soon after being reported. The place have seen better days, but that did not affect my stay noticeably. Recreational areas in need of maintenance, although everybody obviously tries. Food in the restaurant was very good. Security at the foyer probably prevents unwanted characters from entering, so no signs of the problems others complained about. I will come again.

The hotel is a bit out of the real town, close to the expat part of town (Bastos) where you find most restaurants and gyms, but away from the few things to do in Yaounde.

The hotel must have been something nice, but it is a bit dated. It has some shops, some restaurant, it has one of the biggest pools in town, it has good tennis courts, so it has some good points. It is also just above the most popular track for running/ exercise in Yaounde.

The rooms are a bit dated, but well there are really only three/ four hotels in town where International guests/ tourists should stay and this is still one of them.

Above the hotel you can visit the monestry and a bit higher is a residence of the president, however when I came there it didn't look like he had been there in a very long time!.

The hotel is an option, but I would say not for a very long stay. The weekend buffet I wouldn't advise it wasn't anything special what so ever.

Hotel is located on a hill with beautiful view to Yaoundé.But this is the only advantage of the place. Rooms are old fashioned, with some furnitures in bad conditions, bathroom is dirty and price is as a five star.Better choose other premises

Second stay this year. Globally good, despite changing room twice to get a better internet connection at the expense of a view on the golf course. Except at the lounge or the restaurant internet connection is poor in any room even if as close as possible to the router near the elevator. I ended up in a room with mountain view, very clean, but with a leaking shower. The front desk was very helpful this time and the breakfast buffet is great with a big variety of local dishes. I like this hotel because of its location on the mountain, far from urban pollution, and its easy access to the golf course

Room tip: Room close to the elevator for best internet access

Spent an night there as most of the hotels are fully booked due to football event.
Great location, magnificent surroundings, unique views on Yaoundé...(if ever you get room with a view).
That said, it seems that rooms have never been refurbished (like the rest of the hotel)They are small and bathroom even smaller!!!
Sleep comfort was nil as beds are old and used...pillows a disaster and when you add the terrible smell of humidity and the room it makes it a rather unpleasant stay.
Drinks a food wise it was also on the very very poor side.
Quel dommage! the place like many others in Cameroon, has a tremendous potential!
