The hotel is dirty and way below standards. We checked in at 23:30 and left as soon as it was safe to do so at 06:00. We did not sleep at all. The duvets do not have covers and are being used from guest to guest without being washed. There were steins on all the sheets and towels. We cleaned a leather sofa with some wipes we had and sat on that all night.

poor room , very dirty , cold water , the breakfast was horrible ,bad service attention the breakfast staff was rude and unprofessional and low service quality ,the cleaning lady was sweeping at the lobby in the same time as the breakfast area is going on
Nice family hotel stayed there cos my mother was in hospital next door to be near her the was good accommodating for our need very good price the staff very friendly the owner was there every day giving free maroccan friuts to his guest very nice tache room ok good food kids friendly
Booked for a week...stayed for one night as we were so tired but then checked out...thank goodness owner issued refund after some discussion. Everything in and around hotel is dirty or damaged!!! No health and safety awareness. Pool area particularly bad and bizarre smell in room.
Staff are polite, bed comfy and wifi works...so if desperate its adequate.
Stayed here overnight while we waited for our ferry. Rooms are large,reasonably clean (felt a bit weird that the bed covers didn't have a sheet on them...they were bare),the toilet didn't flush properly,but for someone who wants to get to Tanger MED port quickly it's reasonably good and couldn't beat it with the price.
The beds very strong like a stone. Toilet broke , be carful in the shower with your kids , swimming pool very dirty , be careful with kids in balcony is not safe at all, bad restaurant, no parking for the car , the hotel is still in construction, the best thing good in the hotel it's staff
