A lot of Moroccan food is like American food in the 50s – overcooked, underspiced and beige. Latitude 31 was a revelation. Texture, color and flavor enhance variations on traditional Moroccan dishes. It is respectful of the past and far more interesting than the usual fare.
In addition, you get a lovely courtyard restaurant with a killer playlist in the background. Service is a bit erratic but not problematic.
TripAdvisor says they are open on Sundays, but they are not in March. Missed our second visit because of this.
