I had 4 days at Riad Hayane and it is definitely not enough - I am still missing this place!! A wonderful oasis in the Kasbah! From the moment I arrived I felt like I was a very special guest in someone's beautiful home. All the staff were so friendly and helpful: perfect host, attention to detail, etc.
Breakfast every morning a delight. The Riad itself is furnished beautifully. great attention to details has gone into every room. Arriving 'home' each evening after a busy day sightseeing, sitting on the terrace listening to birdsong was just perfect.
I cannot recommend the Riad highly enough, it is just the most perfect place to stay in Marrakech.

We stayed in the Riad Hayane for 4 nights this September, and it was the most wonderful place to be! We felt very lucky to have chosen this riad; the whole experience was wonderful. The riad is beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are lovely, spacious and comfortable.

The Riad is placed on some streets a bit away from the main road, in Kasbah district of the Medina, 5 minutes walk to Saadian Tombs and Moulay El Yazid Mosque, but this is an advantage that is away from the street noise. Jemaa el Fnaa at another 10 minutes by walk. It is not difficult to find, Kasbah is well known and on the streets nearby are signs which guide you.
The street which connects the Riad area with Moulay El Yazid Mosque is full of authenitc daily moroccan life.

Staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Because we arrived in the evening and, not knowing the area, our host was offering to take us to the best nearest restaurant to have a dinner. In Riad could serve dinner only if ask for it in advance, not available a la carte restaurant.

When you choose to stay in a riad in the old Medina, you should know that you will be in a typical Moroccan old house and should not have expectations of services and facilities such like a hotel, however, our room "Lune d'Argent" in Riad Hayane was very spacious, comfortable, cozy, clean, well equipped and modern but in classic and luxurious Moroccan design with authenitc style. Only TV was not in our rooom, which I wasn't looking for, but there is a common living room with TV and fireplace. Otherwise I had internet wifi access, safe, air conditioning, shower, etc. and a bed with confortable mattress and pillows and clean bedlinens. Large and spacious bathroom, really nice!
Two sinks with two large mirrors and care products based on argan oil. Rose petals around (though we were not honeymooners) :)

I can not complain that the doors and windows were old type and lacked hermetic closure. It was a riad in an old building with old wooden joinery! However, the neighbors were quiet!

Our expectations were not deluded, since when we arrived in Riad, we were greeted by a very nice and helpful gentleman. The composure and tranquility of Riad gives me a good feeling. Mint tea and cookies welcome were present.

I could reproach the shower had enough pressure, and the towels were not changed until I asked for it.

The breakfast was like everywhere in Morocco: pastries, fruit salad, jams and butter, coffee and fresh orange. The same every day.

The pool is too small to be practicable, and the water feels cold... that has only decorative purposes. If you want to have a pool, you will not find in any riad a real practicable pool.

Certainly, if we come back in Marrakech, we will accommodate here again.

Room Tip: Look for suites upstairs. I do not recommend the double rooms on the ground floor. You will not feel intimacy

Riad Hayane is close to attractions and facilities, but is easy to get to and provides a peaceful respite from the busy streets.
Hassan and Aziz take great pride in making you feel welcome and at home during your stay.

With an unassuming entry in a narrow street, this lovely Riad delivers more than it promises. My room was delightful, and very comfortable. The guest sitting room was comfortable and welcoming and gave excellent access to WIFI.

With one of the hosts always 'at home' with a welcome green tea at the ready, there is no need for keys! Breakfast is delicious and if you give notice early in the day, dinner can be served as well.

Thank you so mute for your kind comment about your stay in Riad Hayane.
It is important for us to give a good quality wifi access to our guests.
Well, who would think that behind this traditional wood door in the middle of the Medina, will be the Riad Hayane with his new decoration and this calm...

What an amazing stay we had in Riad Hayane ! The place is just wonderful and the staff lovely. Very quiet and central in the city. It's been honestly the best stay i had in all Riad i've done in marrakech.
