Amazing Riad, stunning interior. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling there. So close to the souks, restaurants and sites it's perfectly placed. Thry can also organise any trip for you or book restraunts and taxis
Fabulous place, close to all the top tourist spots of Marakesh. The staff welcomed us from the moment we arrived with hospitality and warmth and could not be more helpful. Big shout out to Mohamed and Hassan, who were especially lovely, but all the staff made our visit very enjoyable.
Would highly recommend this riad for the location, staff, and the ambience of the place.
It is a wonderful Riad located close to the Medina. Room decor is over the top but not out of place. Good breakfast (included). Friendly staff. Got a room upgrade. They made some calls for us (as we did not have cell phone service). Safe.
If you are a vegetarian , ask explicitly. For some reason chicken and fish are considered vegetarian.
There was some snafu about our booking which was strange.
Wish there was more attention to details. Small things- for example u take a shower and the floor gets wet, they dont have a notion of bath curtain. The floors are stone or similar so can get slippery. The location of the light switches was not intuitive/consistent.
At the right price I would recommend it.
a great little hotel. the rooms are very nice and rooms are beautifully well made, the restaurant up top is delicious and also very atmospheric-- the standout feature of the hotel, though, is the exceptional service. Everyone was incredibly helpful and generous.
We felt very welcome in this beautiful hotel. The hotel itself is magnificent with the inner square. The front desk staff is very helpful especially Mohammed was great. We had always something to talk about. The restaurant ran by Achmed was perfect and the food was awesome. Thanks to the great chef. Hassan was the perfect waiter and was always there to help. The room was beautiful and very luxurious. All in all, a great stay. And the city centre is just a few minutes away. And this is just the hotel. The spa treatment was an experience in its own and should not be missed.
