From the point of booking service and communication were beyond anyone’s expectations. We were only booking for 3 nights but still gpaulo took time to make sure everything was right. He even researched cookery classes for me and checked them out. We took the airport transport which worked perfectly even though it took over 2 hours to get through border control. The driver was waiting patiently and Mohamed was waiting at the other end to walk us to the Riyadh. Everything was just right Lots of information and willingness to help and professional respect for privacy. Perfect. The room was wonderful and huge we were lucky to have Nour with a large terrace. Everything was spotless. Bed linen was crisp and good quality. Breakfast was good and was carried up to our room each morning. Lots of stairs and not a frown in sight.
This is a lovely traditional Riyadh in the heart of the medina. If you want power showers and elevators and central heating it’s probably not for you. But if you want a charming and traditional break being cared for by really nice people it is perfect. The position is central and could be daunting to any one new to the area. But it is safe and close to the square and the souk. It is also pleasant walking around the area of the tombs and the Kasba mosque. I was quite comfortable walking alone.
Gpaulo recommended a hammam and booked it for me. He even made sure I was taken there to find the way. It was a luxurious 2.5 hours and very good value
I can’t recommend maison Arabic andalouse highly enough. It was the perfect balance of caring service and respectful privacy

Dear Guest, sorry for slow action on replying,it's 3 months me and Staff we don't take a single day off.
Your comments it's the perfect reply to the Guests who complaining for the location the comfort and others amenities, witch difficult to find in a Original Palace from beginning of 1930,-----we will not destroyed original Tadelack (stucco),Zelliges (tiles) or carved Cider Wood to put a lift or a extra window, because on traditional Muslim windows looking outside wasn't really welcome!!!!!!!.
Thanks ,to share ours conviction and to appreciate all those ideas.

I went to Marrakech once again with friends and we were hosted by Giampaolo, the best host that you can ever have . We were 7 friends and arrived on midnight , starving , I had asked if it was possible to eat something upon arrival , but what I didn’t expect was a banquet !there was so much food and everything was delicious .Some other friends that were staying in another riad had to go out for dinner. In the 5 days that we stayed there we felt like queens, always pampered and looked after .... the day before our departure we invited our other friends to have lunch on the terrace , we were 12, they were stunned by the service and the kindness of the entire staff ... and as that day was also my birthday , the staff came with a present ... tears of gratitude came rolling down ... just an amazing experience .... thank you Giampaolo !!!

What can I answer to such an enthusiastic review, once again the sweet climate of a sentimental autumn Moroccan, the collaborators who never look at if and time to leave, simplicity and availability with a careful choice of raw materials for meals make the rest .
We are more 'content when guests of other ranks more' titled than ours, say that in comparison we should have more 'stars we ******!

Paolo, Mohamed and Yunnef treated us like family... they went the extra mile to make our stay the best experience. Their service, commitment and needs anticipation exceeded our expectations. The location is within walking distance of Jamma el Fna and other attractions yet the riad is quiet and peaceful. I would go back to this same place in a heart beat...!

Room tip: If available, ask for the larger room where the original owner slept with his four wives

My husband and I stayed here recently, and we were so impressed with Paolo and all of the staff. Paolo was very helpful in getting us oriented, and his historical tour of the riad was fascinating. In addition, we were surprised at how private (and enormous!) the terrace attached to our suite was. On a whole, we would definitely recommend this riad.

Room tip: the room with private terrace was lovely

We had a great stay at Maison Arabo Andalouse. Paulo, Mohammed and Eunice made our stay effortless, giving us advice on buying goods, collecting us from the airport, walking us around, booking bus tickets etc they really took every care to make our stay great. My 17 year old daughter and I had a very comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you all!

In addition to being always friendly with the smile and grate of our humble services, it seems to us the MINIMUM we can do for guests who spend that day, wanting to do their best, we are to advise, it seems to me, the most logical thing about a hospitality.
The Staff, then, when it manages to arrange everything, with a check, for you to have no worries, feels that it has had a duty of hospitality, important to their culture.
Choukran, Thanks for appreciating it.
